  • Nightly resort fee will show as $30 if booking online but will be adjusted to the group rate resort fee of $10 a night upon check-out.

• Cutoff date for group block reservations is August 20, 2027. Reservations made after this date may not receive the same rates and group benefits. The hotel is affiliated with Best Western. If you have a rewards membership make sure to provide your rewards number.

• BCCA 2027 Group Rates:

  • Single King rooms $179 per night plus $10 nightly resort fee and tax

  • Double Queen rooms $189 per night plus $10 nightly resort fee and tax

  • Suites $219 per night plus $10 nightly resort fee and tax

• Pet Fee is $100 per week (make sure you request a pet friendly room if traveling with dogs).

All rooms are subject to a $10.00 per night resort fee which covers free wireless internet, coffee and other hot beverages in the resort lobby, sporting equipment such as tennis rackets and balls, badminton equipment, basketballs, volleyballs, and parking. Additionally each building has a coin operated laundry facility, complimentary soap is available at the reception desk. All guests receive 20% off green fees at the golf course.

If a guest who has reserved a room checks out prior to the reserved check-out date, an early departure fee of $75.00 will be charged to that’s guests individual account. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the Resort at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay.
